Why This Matters
Brands have legitimate reasons to be cautious about who they sell wholesale to. Uncontrolled resellers undercut MAP pricing, flood unauthorized channels, create customer confusion, and damage brand equity with no recourse.
We operate differently. Our goal is a long-term wholesale relationship built on trust. That means we hold ourselves to clear standards, not because we have to, but because protecting your brand protects our ability to keep buying from you.
What We Commit To
We honor your Minimum Advertised Price policy. We do not list below MAP, and we do not participate in price erosion on the Amazon marketplace.
We sell exclusively through our Amazon seller account. We do not resell to third parties, grey market channels, unauthorized domestic or international platforms.
We do not create unauthorized product bundles. Any bundling or multi-pack listings are only done with explicit supplier approval.
We do not export your products for international resale unless you explicitly authorize us to do so in writing.
All products we sell are purchased directly from you or your authorized distributors. We do not source from unauthorized channels or middlemen.
We maintain our Amazon seller account in good standing: no policy violations, no counterfeit complaints, no listing manipulation of any kind.
We do not alter your product listings, product titles, descriptions, images, or brand fields without authorization. We list on existing catalog entries as-is.
We do not solicit, purchase, or exchange reviews. We operate in full compliance with Amazon's community guidelines and review policies.
If a brand restricts online resale, requires prior authorization for Amazon listings, or has gating policies in place, we respect and abide by those restrictions.
We are not arbitrage buyers looking for a quick flip. We build supplier relationships with repeat ordering in mind. Protecting your brand protects our business.
Our Position
"Our goal is a stable, repeatable wholesale relationship, not a quick sale. We do not undercut pricing to win the Buy Box at the expense of your brand. We do not sell into channels that create channel conflict. If we cannot sell your product compliantly at a healthy margin, we will not carry it. That standard protects both of us."
