The Model

The Roman Solution operates a clean, simple wholesale resale model. We identify products with strong Amazon demand, establish authorized wholesale supplier relationships, place bulk purchase orders, and ship inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon handles storage, shipping, and customer service. We manage our seller account.

We do not manufacture products. We do not create private label brands. We do not manage your brand strategy or your listings. We buy your product at wholesale and resell it on our Amazon account. That is the entire relationship.

Our FBA Reseller Process

Identify Products & Suppliers

We research market demand on Amazon, looking at sales volume, competition, and category health. When we identify a strong product opportunity, we find the authorized brand, importer, or distributor who supplies it at wholesale. We only work with legitimate, authorized sources.

Establish a Wholesale Account

We reach out directly to the brand or distributor to open a wholesale account. This includes applying, providing our business details (Roman Solutions LLC, EIN, resale certificate), agreeing to terms, and confirming our understanding of any MAP policies and authorized channel restrictions.

Place Bulk Purchase Order

Once approved, we place a bulk purchase order at the agreed wholesale price. We pay promptly and per agreed payment terms. We aim to build predictable, repeat ordering relationships, not one-time purchases. Our goal is to be a reliable, low-friction customer for our suppliers.

Prep & Ship to Amazon FBA

We receive inventory, inspect it, apply FNSKU labels per Amazon's requirements, and prepare compliant shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon stores the product and handles fulfillment to end customers. We manage inbound logistics and inventory planning on our end.

List & Sell on Amazon

We list products on existing Amazon catalog entries. We price at or above MAP where applicable. Amazon Prime eligibility through FBA ensures competitive delivery. We monitor performance, manage our IPI score, and maintain clean account health metrics.

Reorder & Grow the Relationship

When inventory depletes, we reorder. We track sales velocity and plan ahead to avoid stockouts. A successful supplier relationship for us is one where we're placing consistent, growing purchase orders over time, not a one-off transaction.
